Robust data reporting, timely metrics, and comprehensive, customized reports solidifies partnership
San Diego, Calif., June 20, 2017 – CHMB, a leading provider of revenue cycle management services, announced today that it has entered into a partnership agreement with McLeod Physician Associates (MPA), a leading healthcare provider network that serves numerous communities across the North and South Carolina border. The McLeod Health network is comprised of more than 250 healthcare providers across 90 practices, with 7 hospitals in Florence, Darlington, Dillon, Manning, Cheraw, Loris, and Little River. MPA has partnered with CHMB for their proprietary analytics software, Curve Analytics, due to its immense capabilities for precise and custom reporting.
MPA sought a solution that would provide them with a reporting tool that generates real time data, specialized to fit their operational and analytical needs. In preparation for a drastic organizational shift from eClinicalWorks to Cerner, MPA became interested in CHMB’s Curve Analytics. “As we transition to Cerner in 2018, we need to ensure our systems and processes are performing smoothly before we make such a huge change in our organization,” said Jodi Fitzsimmons, AVP of Revenue Cycle Management, MPA. “One of the things that brought Curve Analytics to our attention was that it’s able to create reports with key metrics that are important to decision makers throughout multiple departments.”
With Curve Analytics, MPA will have the opportunity to run reporting in real time, providing important information to their management team, helping them make timely decisions. Through the software’s subscription model, Curve Analytics captures data elements from multiple healthcare systems and third party sources that gives healthcare executives and clinical staff critical administrative, operational and financial information, all key to managing workflows, productivity and quality.
“It was important for McLeod Physician Associates to have reports immediately when they need them and for the reports to be detailed and drill down to the root cause of any issues that could arise,” said Janet Boos, President, CHMB. “We know that Curve Analytics will meet all of their financial and operational needs and will provide a sound workflow for their entire organization.”
